Three years, in fact. Which is why a one-year warranty simply just doesn’t sit right with us. We know that after a new home is built, it can take up to three years before the home finishes settling and the materials finish shrinking – it’s perfectly normal for drywall imperfections to appear within this three-year timeframe. At United Drywall, we want you to have the professionally finished home you’ve dreamed of, and we don’t turn our backs on that dream once the calendar page turns over for the twelfth time.
